I wanted to try this restaurant, I was in the area and figured I'll get some take out. I walked in and saw a section that is used for take out, but it was empty. I continued in and got to the bar which Is where take out orders are placed. The staff were very polite and helpful.After I ordered, I sat down and waited for the food to be made, it took a bit of time but it was well worth it. My order was brought to me in a white bag and I was thanked with a smile. I would recommend for anyone thinking of trying Caribbean soul.
My boyfriend and I visited Caribbean Soul on a Wednesday evening to enjoy dinner and the sunset. Before arriving, my boyfriend arranged that I be surprised with flowers and chocolates 30 minutes into our dinner. I learned that the servers were more than elated to do so which makes me deeply grateful. We really enjoyed the curry goat and rasta pasta, along with mango margaritas. All of the staff that we encountered seemed to really care about our date, our comfort & happiness that night. Having dinner into sunset was an amazing date night idea & we will be back to enjoy all the lovely ambiance that Caribbean Soul brings. 10/10 experience ????
Had me at 'Hello'!!! The staff, service, decor and presentation will make you feel great about inviting your friends to meet you here. The flavors will make you a regular. We enjoyed the pre-fixed Brunch selections and cleaned our plates. Great vibe, food and service!
A beautiful restaurant with a rooftop. You could eat on the main floor or the rooftop. We chose the main floor because it was less crowded. Our server Sandy was awesome. The food and the service was great. The ambiance and the decor are picture perfect. I loved the background setting and the swing. I would definitely visit again. If you are in Queens stop in and enjoy the food and the beauty of Caribbean Soul????????
Highly recommend! I was able to secure a last minute Saturday dinner reservation for a party of 16 with only a 2 day notice. My waiter, Sandy, was phenomenal and very personal! The food was delicious. I will definitely be back! The only con was that I had to call a few times to get someone to answer but I assume they are just busy. But, once they are on the phone they are very friendly and accommodating!
The food was good. The service was good. However they have issues with seating. They're a bit overcrowded. I took a video of the 2 tables they put together to make an illusion of a larger table. One table was lower than the other with a damaged leg which made it tilt constantly. That made our cocktails spill multiple times with no compensation. Definitely not what I had in mind for my birthday dinner.

Tried it for the first time the food was really good, I had the sweet and sour chicken with the pineapple rice bowl, and the lamb bites. The service was good too food came in good time. Will definitely return.
I should take a point off for my initial walk in but I would be playing myself because honestly I don’t care how the place look I didn’t come for decore I came for food. And my my my did the FOOD DELIVER. I had the curry goat roti and it had flavor and spice, the bang bang shrimp did have a bang and the rum punch and sorrel drink to everything over the edge. I’m a born Jamaican and everything was awesome. I loved the curry goat roti so much that I owed it to go and it was still amazing the second day. Oh let me shout out our server Ruth, all her recommendations were on the money and amazing
Went there for brunch with friends and we were the first ones there for that day. There is an upstairs and downstairs (main level) seating area. The upstairs has a much better vibe then the downstairs; you'd rather party up there. The waiter was so helpful, kind and funny. He answered all the questions we had, and we had plenty. Each meal had great flavor and was a good portion. We didn't wait long for the food either. Priced well! If you're in Queens, check them out!
